Here comes agility
We got a taste of some agility work this time in class. He did a ladder walk, had two jumps, a tunnel and a table. Of course the jumps weren't really jumps since this is a puppy class. They were set really low, they were actually sitting on the ground so all they had to do was step over them. Otis went first. He wasn't scared of any of the items and she didn't have to get the toys out to get him across or through any obstacle. We also practiced our basic commands: sit, down, stay, heel, and the recall. He did really good. The instructor brought in a brush. He has to be handled and brushed by a stranger as part of his test. He just looked at her like she was crazy. We brush him though, so she said to just bring his brush that way he doesn't smell the other dogs. He also has to have them be able to touch his ears and paws to pass the class. They tried that this class and he couldn't have cared less. We always are touching him so he doesn't have a care in the world about that, unless you're NOT touching him, lol.
